This International Women’s day Ferrari has released a touching video that speaks volumes about the work culture and unity of the team that makes all of it possible for the Italian team.

The video depicts the female employees of the team talking about their time with the prancing horse. One of them said, “It doesn’t matter if we’re male or female, it doesn’t matter where I come from or what language I speak, we’re all just part of this team”.

The Italian team has been showing signs of returning to the top of the grid throughout Barcelona pre-testing. The Maranello-based team looked quick in Barcelona. The F1-75 was also reliable, managing to complete 439 laps and leading the grid in that aspect. A near-flawless show from the team.
The team also features a solid driver lineup in Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz. Both of them have the qualities and credentials of being among the top drivers in the sport. Considering their powerful performance in the first pre-season test, this season could be the year for Ferrari that sets the tone for the rest of the era.
