Although the sun has set on the French Grand Prix, some reactions are still fresh in the minds of many fans. One of those reactions was of Lando Norris’ frustration with Pierre Gasly on Lap 28 of the race.

Gasly’s move frustrated the Briton, who made his feelings clear on the team radio. After the race, former world champion Nico Rosberg had a chat with the two drivers.

Although Red Bull and Mercedes led the pack, the midfield battle continued to spew good battles on Circuit Paul Ricard. Despite Ferrari putting on a good performance on Saturday, McLaren emerged the best of the rest in Le Castellet on Sunday.

However, AlphaTauri’s Pierre Gasly put in a good fight on both days, finishing an impressive P7. While Gasly was the only French driver to finish in the points, it didn’t come easy for him.

Although Norris passed him in Lap 28, he attempted to regain his position ahead of the Briton, which didn’t go well. The 25-year-old ended up going off track, almost pushing Norris off as well.

After the race, Nico Rosberg, who’s part of Sky Sport’s team, brought that incident to light with the two drivers. The German asked both drivers what they felt after making that comment.

He asked, “Lando, I have to say what you said on the radio as well, you called him an idiot! What are your thoughts on that? “

The Briton responded by mentioning it was all in the heat of the moment, pulling Rosberg’s leg along the way. “Look, I think people get hot headed,” said Norris.

“I’m sure there’s plenty of things that you said on the radio that people didn’t hear, alright? You can’t have a gun on me!”
