Lewis Hamilton and Nicole Scherzinger’s relationship was one of the very well-known relationships in the Formula 1 world. The relationship, however, had its difficulties, and they ultimately broke up back in 2015. They met in 2007 but called it quits after an 8-year-period.
Since then, both have moved on. But back in 2014, during Hamilton’s championship charge, rumors emerged that the Briton has proposed to his girlfriend. Well, he put an end to it via a tweet, but interestingly, the Metro reported that Scherzinger rather turned down his proposal thrice in the past.

Hamilton also bluntly ended their engagement rumor by stating, “No, I’m not.” Ultimately, they ended their relationship a year later, and the two went their separate ways. According to the Daily Mail, Nicole is set to announce her engagement to Scottish rugby player Thom Evans.

However, in recent weeks they have shown improvements. Hamilton has been on the podium thrice and is edging closer to ending his winless drought. He was arguably the quickest driver at Silverstone and showed finished 3rd in Austria starting from 8th.

Former F1 driver Jolyon Palmer believes that either Hamilton or Russell can fight for the win in France. He also revealed the track conditions suit the Silver Arrows and indicates that their performance in the past in this venue will help them this time around.
“The French Grand Prix up next is one of the smoothest circuits, made up of predominantly medium and high-speed corners. Mercedes have always gone well there in the past, and it surely poses their best chance of fighting for victory on merit so far this year,” he said.
