Fortnite Operation Snowdown Quest: How to Destroy Nutcracker Statues

With winter arriving on the island of Fortnite, Epic Games has added two new characters to join the hunt. Players can unlock Snowmando and Frost Squad skins by completing a set of challenges.

Operation Snowdown is a list of quests completing a set of which unlock the holiday skins. Apart from the character skins, each quest also has individual exciting rewards. There are new quests coming out daily with new rewards as well.

One of the recent quests is ‘Destroying Nutcracker Statues’ around the map. The December 21 quest offers players the Blustery Bag back bling and 10,000 XP for destroying 5 statues. Here is a quick guide to where players can find those statues.

Fortnite locations to find nutcracker statues

One of the best places to find nutcracker statues is Retail Row. There are two statues in the Christmas shop, and players can either destroy the same ones in different games or look out for them in other locations.

Players can also find statues in Holly Hedges and Salty Towers, which would make up for a total of four statues.

Apart from all these locations, there is also a statue in front of a house in Lazy Lake. Basically, there is a statue in almost every residential location. Moreover, sometimes statues randomly spawn in outposts.

Players need to complete 9 quests to unlock Snowmando and 12 quests to unlock Frost Squad. Other challenges will include catching fishes, collecting gold bars, playing matches, and many others.

This one of the rare opportunities where players can earn free skins in Fortnite. Moreover, the XP rewards from quests will also help them progress their battle pass quicker.

Season 5 of Fortnite has been a blast for many as it has introduced various new characters to the game with a twist in the storyline. Moreover, players have also witnessed a lot of crossovers, including Kratos from God of War and the Master Chief from Halo Infinite.
