Former World No. 1 Venus Williams has contributed vastly to the women’s game and has a decorated career that not many players have enjoyed. She is one of the few players that has held the number one rankings in both singles and doubles. The American star won three gold medals at the Olympic Games, comprising one in singles and three in doubles.

Recently, Venus Williams was on a podcast with American professional makeup artist Bobbi Brown. They spoke on various topics covering fashion and tennis. However, one of the interesting subjects was the 40-year-old player’s current training routine.

Reflecting on Williams’ current season, she played at the Yarra Valley Classic at the beginning of the season. Her defeat came in the Round of 32 matches, in which she lost to Petra Kvitova in two close-fought sets.
