‘Hell of an Intro’: Brooks Koepka’s Actress Wife Jena Sims Boasts Her Full Swing Docuseries Appearance

Netflix’s golf documentary series has been in ‘full swing’ ever since its release on Wednesday this week. The show follows various PGA Tour pros and LIV golfers and explores their lives on and off the course. Brooks Koepka is one such pro and the series explores in depth his personal life also. Especially with his wife, Jena Sims. The American actress was pleased with her part in the series, and recently she even used 10 words to describe her perfect introduction to it.

The actress has a big role to play in the series’ second episode, ‘Win or Go Home.’ The episode revolves entirely around Brooks Koepka. From his struggles on the course to his loving relationship with Sims, the chapter digs deep into it all. In fact, the golf pro was the inspiration behind the series because of how much he was going through.

In the series, Jena is asked how she and Brooksy met. Her answer is quite shocking. Honest, but shocking! “I slid into Brooks’ DMs,” she stated, laughing. “But somehow from that, we kept texting, and we finally met in 2015.” Sims is certainly a shoot-your-shot girl, and this time it paid off with her finding the one. “And now we’re getting married!” she said happily.

Sharing her first scene in the episode on her Instagram story, she wrote, “Hell of an intro… Honesty is the best policy.” The actress certainly wasn’t ashamed of the way the two had met. Contrarily, she was proud that she had taken her chance.

The first two met at the Masters in 2015. Back then, they were just friends. It wasn’t until two years later, in 2017, that they made their relationship public, once again at a golf major championship, the US Open. The couple had been together for four years when the LIV Golf defector finally popped the question in 2021.

On the 4th of June 2022, after spending over five years together, the two eventually tied the knot. They were married in an intimate wedding ceremony in Turks and Caicos. The duo has now been married for over 8 months and are clearly more than happy together. They certainly seem to be enjoying every moment of their life with each other.
