The former Wimbledon champion and Novak Djokovic’s coach, Goran Ivanisevic claimed the Serbian to be a complete tennis player in the present era of tennis. “He’s the most complete player of the three. You cannot have a bigger privilege and honor than coaching Novak,” Ivanisevic praised Novak Djokovic.
“He listens, he talks. He asks, which is a quality sometimes people don’t have. Some of the other people I’ve coached for instance.” Ivanisevic believes that Novak Djokovic is a better player than Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.
Presently, the Serb hold a superior head-to-head record against the two legends. Considering the Grand Slam final records, Djokovic holds a win-loss record of 8-5 in the major finals against both of them. “For me, let’s put it this way, if they are all playing their best in 10 matches, I would say at least eight matches Novak wins,” Ivanisevic added.

Further, Garon Ivanisevic predicted the number of slams all three of them are going to win. He is skeptical about Roger Federer winning one more Slam other than Wimbledon. He foretells that the 16-time Grand Slam champion, Novak Djokovic will be securing more than 20 slams and Rafael Nadal will continue to win Roland Garros titles.
“Rafa will definitely win a few more French Opens and will go over 20 for sure. Novak will go over 20. Roger, you can’t under-estimate. He’ll still be thinking about Wimbledon when people were already saying he had 21. That hurts, but Roger will hope for one more for sure,” he continued.
