Hardik Pandya Announces Engagement to Serbian Model Natasha Stankovic

Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya has announced that he is engaged to Serbian model Natasha Stankovic.

Pandya took to Instagram on Wednesday to reveal his engagement with Natasha. “Mai tera, Tu meri jaane, saara Hindustan. 💍 01.01.2020 #engaged,” a post from Hardik Pandya’s official Instagram account read with photos of the couple together on a boat.

Only a few hours before confirming his engagement, a few hours into the new decade, Pandya posted a photo with Natasha captioned, “starting the year with my firework.”

After announcing a new phase of his life in the new decade, Pandya received warm compliments from the fans on Instagram. Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal was also seen commenting on the Pandya’s post.

Pandya is yet to feature in an ODI match for India since their exit in the 2019 cricket World Cup back in July. His back injury has kept  him out of cricket, and he is know to be nearing his return.

Although he will not feature in India’s immediate series against Australia and Sri Lanka, he was selected for the India A squad which is set to play in January. Pandya’s return will be most welcome for India, who are currently struggling to find a like-for-like replacement for the 26-year old.

Natasha Stankovic- Serbian model in India

Natasha, born in Serbia, moved to India  in 2012, to pursue a career in acting.  The 27-year old first came into limelight when she participated in the show Big Boss in 2014. She started her Bollywood career with a debut in Prakash Jha’s Satyagraha, released in 2013. Stankovic has since then made a few more cameo and full appearances. She has also featured in a web series named “The Holiday,” released in 2019.

Natasha and Hardik have been rumoured to be together for a while now. Hardik Pandya’s post has now confirmed that the duo is now together.
