Greek tennis player Stefanos Tsitsipas has not just been successful in tennis but also on YouTube. He started posting travel vlogs there which gained a lot of popularity but sadly he has decided to quit it. Check out his reason for quitting this.

Why Is Stefanos Tsitsipas Quitting Vlogging?

Stefanos Tsitsipas announced on Twitter that he is filming 13 more episodes in his travel vlog series and is not going to vlog ever again. When a fan asked him what was his motive for doing this, he said,

“I’ve been spending and applying too much time, effort and concentration on this hobby of mine. I’m trying to be someone that I’m clearly not.”

Stefanos Tsitsipas is telling us that he is a tennis player and not a YouTuber and that he wants to focus on tennis more. He also gave another reason which has been regarded as one of the disadvantages of the Internet – privacy. He says he has not been focusing on this element and that he needs to take it seriously.

While it is sad that Stefanos Tsitsipas is quitting vlogging, I think we all prefer watching him play tennis. He also knows that tennis is what he should be focused on. Stefanos is an amazing tennis player who is capable of breaking the reign of the ‘Big 3’ and I am sure that is what he is looking to do.

He will have to wait for a while before he can do that as the coronavirus pandemic has suspended the ATP tour. The tour is scheduled to return in July assuming the situation with the improves by then.

I am sure Stefanos Tsistsipas will be hoping for just that. He wants the opportunity to stop the dominance of the ‘Big 3’ by winning his first grand slam. Hopefully, he will have the opportunity.
