India have registered a convincing win in the second Test against South Africa in Pune. Along with this, the other thing which became news is none other than head coach Ravi Shastri‘s picture posted by ICC.

He became a target of social media trolls after International Cricket Council (ICC) on Sunday posted a picture of Shastri where he was seen stretching his arms during a practice session which was similar to that of Jack – the lead character played by Leonardo DiCaprio in the film ‘Titanic’.

ICC posted the picture with the caption to it, “caption this”. However, the picture became a meme fest on Twitter. Fans started posting memes and photoshopped images to jokes on Ravi Shastri’s lifestyle as well.

In August, Ravi Shastri was retained as Team India head coach for another two years which will end with the 2021 T20 World Cup in India. However, this is his fourth stint with the Indian team as he has served as the Cricket Manager (2007 tour of Bangladesh), Team Director (2014-2016) and head coach (2017-2019) earlier.

Under his coaching, India won over the West Indies in all formats and then a three-match T20 International series against South Africa which ended in a 1-1 draw at home. Even with the second win in the Test against South Africa, they registered a record 11th successive Test series win at home.

Virat Kohli-led India also tops the ICC Test Championship points table by a huge margin where they have earned 160 points because of a 2-0 clean sweep against the West Indies and a 203-run win in the first Test against South Africa in Vizag. New Zealand are in the second place and they have just 60 points so far from the ICC Test Championship so far.
