In a recent video call with the BBC, the Murray family was present. Andy Murray, his brother Jamie, and his mom Judy were in the call. Judy was late for the call and as Andy correctly predicted, she was on mute. The British star’s response to this was, “It’s fine, can we keep it that way?”
Later in the call, Andy was asked about whether he listens to his mother or not. He used the opportunity to make fun of his mom’s cooking as he said, “If it’s about cooking, I would never listen to her. Tennis, I would listen but it depends.”

The main topic of the call was about the Battle of the Brits. This is an exhibition event that is being organized by Jamie Murray. And to no one’s surprise, all the Murrays are on the same team. However, Andy didn’t want this as he said, “It’s a bit of shame that we are all on the same team. I was kind of hoping that my mum would come up against me.”
The Battle of the Brits has just begun and Andy Murray is sure to have fun at the event. It is the first time in a long time that will play competitive tennis and this is certain to help him prepare for the return of the ATP Tour.
