Venue: Staples Center, Los Angeles.

Preview-

The last two games for the Suns were a two-point defeat defeat on Saturday in San Antonio and a one-point defeat against Trail Blazers at home on Monday. After two thrilling yet disappointing finishes, the Suns will be travelling to what would probably be one of the tougher places to visit. Los Angeles Clippers boast an impressive 13-1 record at Staples Centre. Although they have lost seven games away from home, their overall 20-8 record keeps them second in the Western Conference behind their local rivals, Lakers. The latest of their away losses came in the last game when they were, rather disappointingly, beaten by a Bulls side that is closer to the bottom most team than it is to the top team.

Their Tuesday’s opponents, the Suns, have won a game more than the Bulls. Their 11-15 record in the seasons has placed then ninth in the Western Conference. Although they have a decent offensive record in the season with 115.5 points a game, their defence has let them down, allowing 114.3 points a game.

Kawhi Leonard will be fresh for the game after being rested in the last game. He, along with Paul George could be dangerous for the Suns. Montrezl Harrell has been consistent coming off the bench for the Clippers, and he will be fresh from a 30-point game against the Bulls.

The Suns will be eagerly looking at the return of DeAndre Ayton. He did not feature against the Trail Blazers, but is expected to be in the lineup on Tuesday.  While the Suns might score a few points against the Clippers, their defence might not be able to stop the Los Angeles side from outscoring them.
