Max Verstappen Wins Crazy German Grand Prix as Vettel Pulls Off a Comeback

When there is a wet race, there is bound to be chaos and boundless action, and the 2019 German Grand Prix delivered. Emerging from the melee was Red Bull’s Max Verstappen who won from Sebastian Vettel and a delighted Daniil Kvyat.

There were numerous spins and the likes of Charles LeClerc, Lewis Hamilton, Valtteri Bottas and Nico Hulkenberg, were caught out. Sadly, for all of them except for Hamilton, they went no further. There came a point when Lance Stroll was in contention for a shock podium and even Carlos Sainz.

But, it was Sebastian Vettel, who pulled off a heck of a comeback to snatch second place. With Lewis Hamilton out of out of commission and well down the order, Vettel and Max Verstappen grabbed the opportunity with both hands.
