Said Boone, “When you couple that [experience] with tremendous talent and the makeup of who he is, he’s about the team. He’s about winning. I knew nothing could get in the way of that.”

He’s got a great shot this year to repeat what he did in 2017.”

The hit caps Judge’s second homer in as many days as he continues to take on the Tigers. His lead on homer count is substantial at the moment, with Mookie Betts next on the list with 16 to his name.
