Is the New York Mets a new favorite to sign Aaron Judge?
Well, only Aaron Judge can tell that for which team he will play the next season. As Per ESPN’s Kiley McDaniel, the Steve Cohen-owned team is the new favorite to sign Aaron Judge in the 2023 free agency. Given Cohen’s unlimited bank balance, the Mets might be the next destination for Judge.
“It was impossible for me to have a conversation with an executive or an agent about this and not have Steve Cohen, the owner of the Mets, come up. Because as much as you want to talk about the top of the market and who is going to pay this amount…, you have to talk about Steve Cohen. We do not know where the end of his spending limits are,” said the ESPN panelist.
