It’s rare to see two legends in the same place, but that’s exactly what happened recently, with Rod Carew and Ric Flair. For those who don’t know, Rod Carew is a legend in MLB. He played with distinction for the Minnesota Twins for nearly two decades. Carew dominated the sport in the 1970s and ‘80s, earning him a place in the Baseball Hall of Fame. 

Ric Flair, on the other hand, made a name for himself in the world of professional wrestling. The 16-time World Champion entertained audiences for decades with his flamboyant style and athleticism in the ring. He has since been enshrined in the WWE Hall of Fame, not once but twice. The second time was when he was a part of a team, The Four Horsemen.

In the video, Flair recites the names of former Twins players with ease, much to Carew’s surprise. The legendary first baseman was taken aback by Flair’s knowledge and memory of his former teammates, expressing his amazement in the caption of the tweet. The second line of the caption elevated the moment. Apparently, Carew, when he laid his eyes on Flair, he let out a loud, “Wooo!”, a signature catchphrase of the wrestler himself, according to ProwrestlingFandom.com.
