#2-ranked Kingad is one of the biggest stars in the flyweight division and boasts a 14-2 record since he turned professional in 2014. The 26-year-old athlete wants another shot at the flyweight strap, and a victory versus the Kazakh representative will set him off and running going into the new year.

Like Kingad, #4-ranked Akhmetov wants a shot at the gold. The former divisional king would love to finish his Filipino opponent and earn a trilogy showdown with ONE Flyweight World Champion Adriano “Mikinho” Moraes.

Expect fireworks when these two world-class fighters go toe-to-toe inside the Circle.

Co-main Event

In the co-main event, Kingad’s Team Lakay stablemate, Kevin “The Silencer” Belingon, will square off against South Korean martial artist “Pretty Boy” Kwon Won Il in a bantamweight battle.

Belingon needs to rediscover his form following three consecutive defeats. However, he will have to be cautious against the in-form Kwon, who has knocked out his last two opponents on the global stage. Another highlight-reel finish could see “Pretty Boy” jump into the top five bantamweight rankings.

ONE: WINTER WARRIORS II – Full fight card

Former ONE Middleweight World Champion Vitaly Bigdash is another superstar who will feature at ONE’s final event of the year. The Russian martial artist takes on China’s “King Kong Warrior” Fan Rong. Fans will be in for a real treat with this bout, as both warriors have finished 80 percent of their fights via submission and knockout.

Also, Zebaztian “The Bandit” Kadestam returns to action following a first-round submission loss to Gadzhimurad Abdullaev at ONE: UNBREAKABLE in January this year. The knockout specialist will attempt to be the first man to hand Murad Ramazanov a defeat when they meet on 17 December. All of Kadestam’s victories in ONE have come by knockout, so expect the Swede to eye another sensational finish in this crucial clash.
