Back in 2014, Kurt Busch met polo player Ashley van Metre and the two hit it off quite well. A year later, they were engaged, before finally tying the knot in 2017. They stayed together for five years until now, when van Metre filed for a divorce from the 2004 Cup Series champion.

Of course, as a polo player, van Metre’s net worth will be pretty high. However, her personal net worth is undisclosed, but she hails from a fairly rich family. Reports say that the family’s net worth is around $341 million, and own several assets that are collectively worth over $1 billion.

In addition to that, she also modeled for iconic labels like Ralph Lauren. Since then, she pretty much became the face of the United States Polo Association and is also a keen philanthropist.
