Kyle Busch’s Wife Relieved After Fulfilling Son Brexton’s “Soul Crushing” Wish With a Sibling

Earlier, there was wonderful news for Kyle Busch and his family. After years of trying, he and his wife Samantha have been blessed with a baby girl called Lennix. Earlier, the couple came home with the newborn, and big brother Brexton Busch met his sister for the first time.

Samantha wrote on Twitter, “I have prayed & dreamed of this moment for years. Its soul crushing as a mom to have your child beg for a sibling & watch their heart break as you tell them it’s just not working yet. Today that all changed when we placed our little miracle into her big brothers arms.”

Of course, one has to wonder if Busch will be back in the saddle for this weekend’s race. Obviously, he will want to spend some time with his newborn daughter. However, the NASCAR schedule is quite tight and it may be difficult for Busch to perform his fatherly duties.

What lies ahead for Kyle Busch and his family in 2022?

The Joe Gibbs Racing driver could potentially try to make it for the upcoming race at the Kansas Speedway. If he decides that his family comes first, it may give Trevor Bayne a chance to hop in the #18 car. The team has already admitted that the 2015 and 2019 Cup champion was free to spend time with his family. However, the driver recently confessed that he has yet to approach the main NASCAR sporting body for permission.

If we’re being honest, the JGR driver has the opportunity to leave because he has already booked his Playoff berth. At the Bristol Motor Speedway dirt race, he seized victory and automatically snatched a vacant Playoff spot.

To achieve that, he capitalized on a late lunge from Chase Briscoe on race leader Tyler Reddick. Unfortunately, Briscoe got it all wrong and both of them spun in the final corner. Reddick was able to recover and crawl over to the finish line, but it was too late and Kyle Busch overtook him to win.
