ThorSport Racing Links Up With Toyota Starting From the 2021 NASCAR Truck Series Season

For the 2021 NASCAR Truck Series season, ThorSport Racing announced a new partnership with Toyota. As per reports, the partnership is expected to last for a fair number of years, starting from the 2021 season itself.

For the coming campaign, 2016 Truck champion, Johnny Sauter will pilot the No. 13 Toyota. He links up with the Vivitar brand as his sponsor and partners crew chief Joe Shear Jr.

Joining him in the #88 Toyota is three-time champion, Matt Crafton. Crafton has a long list of sponsors in Menards, Ideal Door, ZEP, Slim Jim, Flex Seal, Hormel Black Label Bacon, and many more. He also will have Carl Joiner Jr. taking on the role of crew chief.

How will ThorSport Racing line up in the 2021 NASCAR season?

Meanwhile, Grant Enfinger and Christian Eckes split driving duties in the #98 truck. Enfinger is familiar with the machinery, while Eckes is a new face at ThorSport Racing.

It is worth mentioning that Eckes will compete in 10 races in the #98 truck. In addition to that, his maiden tryst in that car will be at the Daytona International Speedway Road Course.

Finally, Ben Rhodes returns to the #99 Toyota with a new partner, Bombardier. In another spot of chopping and changing, Rich Lushes will take on the role of crew chief after moving from the #13 truck. All in all, the ThorSport Racing outfit boasts of a strong line-up.

All of the above-mentioned drivers are hugely talented in their own right and are also proven race winners in the Truck scene. However, the 2021 Camping World Truck Series campaign is far from a walk in the park.

All of them know that they have their work cut out for them in order to try and gun for the Truck Series crown. One thing is for sure, the 2021 Truck Series season will be hugely interesting.
