WATCH: NASCAR Xfinity Driver Noah Gregson Punches Harrison Burton in the Face After the Kentucky Race

After the NASCAR Xfinity Alsco 300 at Kentucky, Noah Gragson and Harrison Burton were caught in a tussle in the garage. The two drivers were involved in an incident in the final laps of the race.

In the Friday night race, Gragson and Harrison made contact after Gragson’s failed overtake on Burton. Noah tried to pass Burton on the inside of turns 3 and 4.

However, he wasn’t able to execute it properly and drifted his No. 9 JR Motorsports car into Burton’s No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing car.

As a result, both of them lost a few places but were able to finish the race. Noah finished the race at the seventh spot and Burton at the 12th spot.

After the race, cameras caught Burton confronting Gragson. After that, the spat got out of hand and the two drivers started shoving and punching each other. Gragson threw a punch at Harrison’s face and the two started wrestling on the ground.

Fox NASCAR reported the incident and posted a video on Twitter. They wrote, “Friday Night NASCAR Fights at Kentucky! Noah Gragson vs. Harrison Burton.”

Two made contact on the NASCAR Xfinity Alsco 300

NASCAR reported the details of the incident. After the race, Burton was talking to FS1. He said, “Just frustrated. That’s two times since we’ve come back after the COVID-19 pandemic on restarts. Same situation.

“We rallied all night to get our DEX Imaging Supra into fourth place, and then the 9 happens to start in third and I don’t know what race track we’re at or what. But both times puts us in the fence. Charlotte and now here.”

He added, “I had a lot of people coming up to me afterward saying that was a long time coming. So I guess that was a popular move.”

Noah Gregson said on the incident, “We’re all racing hard. I mean, us teammates are beating and banging for the finishes at the end. I don’t really have a comment, haven’t really seen everything that happened.”
