This weekend is the NASCAR Cup race at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course. At the same time, WWE will be hosting its Summer Slam event. Last weekend, Corey LaJoie and Spire Motorsports ran a special livery to promote the Summer Slam event. Now, LaJoie and a number of drivers, including Kyle Busch and Bubba Wallace, showed off their best WWE impressions.

The first impression was of Stone Cold Steve Austin, who was well-known for simultaneously downing two beer cans. Over here, Corey LaJoie, Martin Truex Jr, AJ Allmendinger, and Daniel Suarez attempted to copy him. Unfortunately, Suarez took three tries, because he fumbled one of the cans at least twice. Eventually, he nailed it, while the others did it on their first try. Admittedly, the cans were empty; otherwise, there would have been a heck of a mess to clean up.

How did Kyle Busch, Bubba Wallace and others perform in the challenge?

The next WWE Superstar was The Miz, who declared, “Because I’m The Miz, and I’m awesome!“. Busch’s declaration was, “Because I am Rowdy, and I am awesome“. Ross Chastain’s chant was, “I’m a watermelon farmer and I’m Ross-some!“. After the Miz, was Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s famous raised eyebrow. The likes of Ryan Blaney, Bubba Wallace, Michael McDowell, and Austin Dillon attempted it.

Unfortunately, only Wallace and Dillon were able to get it right, while Blaney and McDowell struggled. Finally, John Cena’s famous ‘You Can’t See Me’ pose was copied by Kevin Harvick. Suffice to say, he promptly turned invisible to the cameras. Hopefully, Harvick won’t be invisible in the fight for the final two Playoff spots. In fact, he will have to be visible at the upcoming race at Indianapolis.
