Michael Jordan is the benchmark standard by which all other sportsmen are evaluated. The basketball legend enthralled spectators with his athletic prowess and revolutionized the game with his mastery. Jordan was unacquainted with medical equipment, yet he was a healer in thousands of ways.

One glance at Michael Jordan is enough to make anyone’s jaw drop and send shivers down their spine. That’s what transpired when renowned music producer DJ Khaled interacted with Jordan. 

The 2022 Miami Grand Prix marked the debut of Formula One in Miami, with Max Verstappen winning the race. Along with a number of celebrities, Jordan also made sure to be in attendance for the event. The legend was spotted dining with former Grand Prix champion Pierre Gasly. A photo of him with Tom Brady, David Beckham, and Lewis Hamilton also stole the spotlight on the internet.

However, the most unexpected encounter for Michael Jordan had to be with DJ Khaled. When they saw each other, they both shared a hug and embraced each other. DJ Khaled may have been caught up in the moment because he fought hard to let go of Jordan.

Fair to say, knowing the mythic aura of the six-time NBA Champion, that was unavoidable on DJ Khaled’s part. Both looked really happy to see each other and Jordan wished Khaled’s mother a Happy Mother’s Day.

The Miami Grand Prix was one of the year’s most significant events. Given how popular Formula 1 has grown in recent years, it’s unsurprising that there’s such a huge drive to attend these events. Who knows, Michael Jordan might be looking forward to any Jordan X F1 collaboration.

Michael Jordan and DJ Khaled sneaker collaboration

DJ Khaled’s strong bond with Michael Jordan has not only provided him with unmatched accessibility to apparel but also the unique opportunity to design his own sneakers. Last month, the DJ turned to Instagram to introduce his latest collaboration with the Jordan brand: a four-colorway set of We The Best x Air Jordan 5s.  

It was revealed via a promotional video on his Instagram, which included closeup pictures of the sneakers in several hues, complementing gear, and DJ Khaled balling out. However, this was not the first time We The Best collaborated with Air Jordan. The DJ has also collaborated with Jordan on extremely rare Air Jordan 3s. However, unlike the previous collaboration, the new collaboration will witness a full public release.
