Former Bulls All-Star Once Triggered Michael Jordan and Immediately Felt His Wrath

Michael Jordan is often regarded as the GOAT of basketball and certainly has the resume to back the claim. Jordan won six NBA Championships with the Chicago Bulls in the nineties. He also won five NBA league MVPs and a plethora of scoring titles.

He was known for his never say never attitude and his work ethic. MJ was arrogant when he played, but it stemmed from his confidence in his skills. A resurfaced clip backs this.

In a resurfaced clip, Kenny “The Jet” Smith talks about one particular incident with Michael. In the clip, Kenny said, “Michael was interested, you know, because we played in college, so I used to like sometimes before the game before the night before we go eat or go to his hotel room. And he and he was really mad at Reggie (Theus) because when he got traded Reggie got traded. Michael was the draft pick coming in.”

“And Reggie was like there is no guy who can replace me that’s a rookie.” Kenny then told the panel what Michael said, so he (Michael) said, “Just tell Reggie that I am gonna get 45 tonight.”

So I went to the locker room and said to Reggie, “Michael said he is gonna get 45. So he ended up with 43 and so he (Michael) comes into the locker room he said, ‘I didn’t get 45 but you got to come to Chicago.’ Now that’s supreme confidence,” said Kenny finally finished telling the incident.

Jordan was a fierce competitor who hated losing. He was dominant on the court and willed his teams to victory. While the early part of his career saw him lack team achievements while he collected individual awards for fun, it all changed in the nineties.
