Jayson Tatum put on a show as he helped the Boston Celtics comfortably win against the Toronto Raptors. In this game, the Celtics were severely shorthanded due to numerous injury troubles, but Tatum graciously led the team.

Tatum finished the game with 40 points, just one point shy off of his career high. Along with his scoring outburst, JT grabbed 6 rebounds and dished out 2 assists as well. Although Tatum couldn’t get past his career high, tonight’s performance gave him a place in Celtics’ history books. He has now become the only player in franchise history to have three 40 points game before turning 23-years-old.

Since then, they have gone through a little rebuilding phase and have found a new talented core pretty soon. Their current roster is led by Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, who have developed into phenomenal players over the last few seasons.
