The Brooklyn Nets are in a mood to crush and discard the Bucks. The way they started Game 2 showed that they’re in no mood to play more than four games in this series. James Harden was absent, but the Nets did not seem to miss their star point guard as Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving took to business early.

Just four minutes into the game, Kevin Durant stunned Giannis Antetokounmpo with a combo for a two-pointer. KD made the difficult move on the reigning DPOY look so simple, that even LeBron James burst into praise. The Lakers’ star forward took to Twitter and wrote:
That combo was nasty @KDTrey5!! My GOODNESS!

The Nets took a 25 point lead nearing the end of the second quarter with eight of their players having contributed actively. Even Blake Griffin was in a stupendous form, dunking on Giannis like the superstar that he once was. KD had 21 initial points with 70% shooting from the field followed by Bruce Brown with his 11 on 71.4%.
The Bucks’ offense looked sluggish and shameful in front of the Nets’ roster and there was nothing their defense could do about it either. However, both Brook Lopez and Jrue Holiday were still trying to catch up as they touched double figures before Giannis.
