In whole-body cryotherapy, the participant stands in a chamber that is then filled with dry ice, dropping the temperatures down to -200 degrees Fahrenheit.

LeBron James uses cryotherapy to stay in shape
James has been trying to peruse the benefits of whole-body cryotherapy(WBC). Hospitality entrepreneur Tim Grant is set to release his version of whole-body cryotherapy as soon as next year. Cryotherapy has a ton of positives to it. It reduces the time to recover from injury, decreases spasms, improves ranges of motion, and more.
This is ideal for NBA players since they often have to deal with sore muscles while playing an 82-game-long NBA season. The Dallas Mavericks gave props to cryotherapy for their 2011 NBA championship, since the team consisted of relatively older players.

LeBron James and Jack Dorsey have both spoken very highly of the benefits that come from ice baths. Many other NBA players like Stephen Curry, Karl-Anthony Towns, Ben Simmons, and D’Angelo Russell are a few more names who are fans of cryotherapy.
LeBron James spends about $1.5 million every year on his physique to stay in shape and perform at the highest level. So, for a superstar like James to back this up means it does hold some truth to it.
