LeBron James and the Lakers have had a disappointing season. Much of the criticism has landed at the door of LeBron being the star player of the team. He has been accused by critics of having an undue influence on the Front Office, which has led to him taking charge last year of player acquisitions and trade. It didn’t help his perception that many still speculate that he told Rob Pelinka (Los Angeles Lakers General Manager) to get the likes of Russell Westbrook and Carmelo Anthony in the squad. Many have speculated that LeBron James will be traded this off season, due to the presence of Phil Jackson in the coaching committee. Jackson has exactly not been a fan of the man calling his friends “a posse”. This had led to a huge backlash for Jackson.
