The NBA expansion is something the fans have been craving for years. Every city and town in America would love to have an NBA team in their vicinity. But for years, there has been no news about this. But one rumor that has been circulating has sent the NBA fans into a frenzy.

The NBA has not added a new team in almost 20 years, but the league has grown in popularity exponentially. A lot of people had expected the league to get new teams in. And now with the news of the record-breaking media deal which is expected to happen in 2024, the league is planning some major changes.

According to John Canzano, some of those changes might include getting two teams to the NBA. And the cities where this might be happening are Las Vegas and Seattle.

There has been news about the expansion for some time

The NBA commissioner Adam Silver has talked about the possibility of expansion for some time now, but he hadn’t confirmed anything yet. He had said that Seattle and Las Vegas were both great markets and they had state-of-the-art arenas. But he also said that this was not at the forefront for the league.
