Shaquille O’Neal‘s popularity as a basketball analyst is second only to his exuberant NBA career. However, at the heart of Shaq’s success as an analyst is his ability to call a spade a spade. When it comes to sporting takes, the big man is irreverent and outspoken. Several times the 4-time NBA champion has voiced his displeasure with how things are now run in the NBA. Moreover, the 15-time All-Star believes that numerous NBA stars make unreasonable fortunes when they don’t even deserve to be in the league.

Similarly, Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James has also called out the NBA for housing amateurs. King James hinted about the matter in a tweet that has been garnering attention lately. Subsequently, Shaq and his crew spoke about the tweet in the recent episode of The Big Podcast and seems like Shaq’s take may bring relief to his Lakers successor.
