Golden State Warriors are 3-2 this season after an emphatic 123-110 win over the Miami Heat. Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson starred for the Warriors and scored 33 and 19 points, respectively. This was a statement win for the Warriors after they lost 105-134 to the Phoenix Suns last Tuesday. After the loss vs the Suns, NBA legend Charles Barkley had said that Klay Thompson is ‘not the same guy’ anymore. Following the win vs the Heat, Thompson reacted to Barkley’s comments by mentioning the injuries he had for two straight seasons. Now, Stephen Curry then has taken a dig at Barkley for his remarks on Klay.

After the win against the Miami Heat, Klay Thompson appeared for the post-game press conference. He ended his press conference by calling out Charles Barkley for his statements. Klay also mentioned that he needs some time to get back to a 100% after two big injuries. Meanwhile, Stephen Curry called out Barkley after the game after hearing Klay’s reaction.

“Certain guys forget what their careers looked like on the back end,” Curry said.
