Jared Dudley took to Twitter to hit back at criticism of him as a player. One fan account compared him to Nets’ veteran Jeff Green and said that Green is better than he is. While Dudley gave props to Green as a player, he noted that both he and Green bring something entirely different to their franchises.

He said “Love Jeff Green! and what he’s providing on the court but, there’s many differences between us.. The locker room, film sessions, leadership, we have different personalities. That’s my role and thats where I star unlike any other player in this league (with all due respect)”

Dudley is an important player for the Lakers. At his age, it is hard to find players who are willing to accept the low minutes that he gets coming off the bench. However, he never complains about the lack of game time he gets. He is happy to do whatever he can that serves the entire team’s best interest.
