As if winning four NBA championships, two MVP awards, and various other honors weren’t enough, Stephen Curry adds another title to his collection after being awarded Sports Illustrated’s 2022 Sportsperson of the Year for the first time. Steve Kerr has been the head coach of the Golden State Warriors and Stephen Curry for almost eight years. However, the 9-time NBA champion recently revealed an observation about Curry that reminded him of the legend himself, Michael Jordan.
Kerr won three out of his nine NBA titles with the mighty Chicago Bulls in 1996, 1997, and 1998. During his tenure with the Bulls, Kerr noticed that whenever they have to play an away game, Michael Jordan made sure to give the fans a moment to remember.
