The NBA hiatus hasn’t seemed to have affected LeBron James. The Los Angeles Lakers star works a lot on his fitness and is one of the fittest athletes in the world.

As the Lakers complete another practice session inside the Orlando bubble, their coach said James has played as if he has never left.

“Outstanding. It’s really remarkable how he’s been able to stay in shape, stay ready, to be sharp as if there wasn’t a layoff at all. He’s playing at a really high level,” he said talking to the reporters o Thursday (Via NBA reporter Mike Trudell).

James is currently in the 17th season of his NBA career. The fact that his name has been coming up in MVP of the season discussions shows how much he has been contributing at the age of 37. Prior to the league’s suspension, he was averaging 25.7 points and 7.9 rebounds per game for the season shooting almost 50% from field goals. His 10.6 assists is the highest in the league.

James’ teammate Quinn Cook was another one to say how the four-time MVP has hardly changed after the break.

“He’s pretty much been the same Bron…Very outgoing…He makes everyone feel special…One of the hardest workers you’ll ever see,” Cook said during the media session.
