Chicago Bulls Prepping for Big Changes as Another Member of Senior Management Agrees to Step Down

While the Chicago Bulls franchise is looking to revamp their organization, their vice president of basketball operations John Paxson is ready to step down.

The Sun Times reported that the Paxson will step down, but does not discount a later advisory role. The news came a few days after reports of the Bulls looking for a new top executive. Last week, ESPN reported that the franchise was looking for a new person for the basketball operations.

Chicago Bulls are already short-listing candidates

The Bulls do not seem to delay things to bring in a new executive. As per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, Denver Nuggets GM Arturas Karnisovas and Toronto GM Bobby Webster are on the Bulls’s radar. Also, the Bulls are seeking to interview these candidates soon.

A few other reports suggest other candidates to fill the role at the Bulls. These candidates include Indiana Pacers’ Chad Buchanan and Miami Heat‘s Adam Simon.
