The Mavs roster is filled with good role players like Seth Curry, Boban, and also have a cornerstone partnership of Porzingis and Luka Doncic. The addition of LaVine will ensure a third scoring option for the Mavs.

LaVine averaged 25.5 points, 4.8 rebounds and 4.2 assists with a 3 point shooting percentage of 38%. Given the injury history of Porzingis, LaVine can be a significant addition to the roster and can support Luka in scoring.

The Los Angeles Lakers are reportedly looking to trade Kyle Kuzma and Danny Green for DeMar DeRozan. The latest reports suggests that the champions are looking to off-load Kuzma and Green for DeRozan.

Both Kuzma and Green were very ineffective during the playoffs and were not that impressive in the regular season too. Kuzma only averaged 12 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.3 assists during the 2019-20 season at a 3 point percentage of only 31%. Green averaged 8 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists at a 3 point percentage of 36%. Not to forget the blunder in the game 5 of the NBA finals.

The Lakers are looking to trade for DeRozan. The Spurs star averaged 22 points, 5.5 rebounds and 5.6 assists with a 3 point percentage of only 25.7 %.  The former Raptors’ star can be a substantial addition to the Lakers’ roster.

DeRozan can finally be in a Championship contending team with the Lakers. A big three of DeRozan, James and Davis sounds pretty good.

The only downside to this deal can be that the Lakers will lack players who will be a perimeter threat. DeRozan is not that good from the 3 point line, and then there will be too much pressure on Morris, Davis and LeBron to make tough threes.

Milwaukee Bucks to let go of Eric Bledsoe for Robert Covington and PJ Tucker

The Milwaukee Bucks are looking to trade Eric Bledsoe. According to the latest reports from NBA insider Kevin O Connor, the Bucks are looking to trade Bledsoe for Robert Covington and PJ Tucker from the Rockets.

Eric Bledsoe averaged around 14.9 points, 4.6 rebounds and 5.6 assists. He has been the point guard for the Bucks for the Bucks team over-reliant on Giannis Antetokounmpo.

On the other hand, there are PJ Tucker and Robert Covington. Both players are a threat from the perimeter and are excellent defenders too.

This trade is a big win for the Bucks as they will get two outstanding players who will add much more offensively and defensively. For Bledsoe this will be enormous loss because he won’t get his preferred position in the presence of Harden and will be limited to the role of a perimeter shooter.

It will be interesting to see what the teams do in the off-season during a pandemic. Many teams are looking to trade and become a contender. All of us are in for a treat this NBA off season.
