“I Hate That”- Former NBA Champion Expresses Grief Over Kobe Bryant Not Being There for His HOF Ceremony

The world lost Kobe Bryant in a tragic helicopter crash almost 10 months ago. Ever since that dark day, fans have missed Kobe more and more with each passing week.
Moreover, when Kobe along with Kevin Garnett and Tim Duncan were inducted in the Hall of Fame in 2020, the world missed Kobe yet again.
Former NBA champion Chris Bosh opened up about his thoughts on Kobe and the 2020 Hall of Fame class. He shared his thoughts in a recent episode of “All The Smoke” podcast.

“I gotta say amazing class, I wanted to be a part of it… You know, one of the best classes ever. I hate that Kob isn’t here to be able to experience that and for us to experience his presence.
“I got to go for the Hall of Fame induction for Ray [Allen]. And it’s a special thing just to see all the greats show up. It was like basketball avengers every year.
“… I know for sure it still would happen, but it’s just the amount of people that those guys inspired. I think if you take those three guys, the way they changed the game for guys in my generation, it was really really amazing.
“You know honored for those guys, very happy for them. I hate that Kobe is not here, kinda be a dark cloud over it. But still we should appreciate those guys’ accomplishments nonetheless. That’s a lot of hardware in that group right there.”

The Hall of Fame class of 2020 had 9 members entering the HOF. However, 3 names that stood out were Kobe Bryant, Kevin Garnett and Tim Duncan. All of them had fabulous NBA careers and left a massive impact on the game of basketball.

Although all three had terrific career, Kobe was unarguably the most iconic player. He was the face of the league for almost a decade, and his tragic death shocked the world.
