Kevin Durant will return to NBA action after being out due to an injury for more than a year. However, Durant will play for the Brooklyn Nets with Kyrie Irving instead of the Golden State Warriors.

KD left the Warriors in the 2019 offseason to lead his own team after winning two rings with the GSW. During his three-year stint with the Dubs, he was phenomenal and bagged two Finals MVP as well.

However, he was always criticized for joining a super team and ultimately ruining the league. In the 2020-2021 season, the playing field will be leveled and multiple teams can win the NBA title.

Jamal Crawford shared a story about former MVP and showed the positive side of the superstar, which is usually ignored by the media.

Facts only. KD stopped the car to stay an hr after the game so the fans in Seattle could have that time with him in his first time back. That’s more special than the talent, @KDTrey5 REAL!”

Former NBA player Caron Butler reacted to Jamal Crawford’s comments on Durant. He too had nothing but praise for the 2-time NBA champion.

@KDTrey5 is a Special Brother. He came to my basketball camp right after his MVP season to inspire the kids. #Racine KD I will never forget that neither will those kids.”

Durant is a special player, there are no two ways to look at that fact. He has been sensational throughout his career and has established himself as an all-time great. Moreover, these acts off the floor make KD a great athlete and a better human being.
