When you talk about leaders in the NBA, LeBron James is one of the first names to pop up in your mind. Since his arrival in the league, he has shown maturity and leadership skills, leading every team he has been a part of. So when the Los Angeles Lakers signed him, not only did they get one of the best players in the league, but also one of the greatest leaders to have graced the game.
