From the outside, there hardly seems to be any major flaw in the game of Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James. But he hardly seems to be complacent about it. Perhaps,  that is what makes players like LeBron James.

Los Angeles Lakers’ assistant coach Jason Kidd recently talked about what aspect has James been working hard on. For the 2019/20 season, James’ shooting accuracy from the line hasn’t been as convincing. Shooting less than 70% from the free-throw line would be far from ideal for James.

Kidd revealed that James has been working on free throws and he also observed an improvement.

“As you can see, his free throws right now, he’s gone back more closer to his high school free throw and he’s shooting over 80 percent since he’s done that,” Kidd told Sports Illustrated. “He’s always searching to get better and is there a way to fix something. And that was probably one of the things in his game that he needed to work on.”

LeBron James has a great basketball mind

During his interview with Sports Illustrated, James talked about how he picturizes the court in his mind. He said that he tends to remember the location of all the players during a game.

“A lot of my friends when I was younger playing the game, they were like, ‘Man, how did you remember that play? Or how did you remember that? It was so long ago.’ I never thought about it. I didn’t even know what photographic memory meant when I was younger until I got older. It’s something that I was born with or blessed with.”
