Magic Johnson, Shaquille O’Neal and Rest of the NBA Fraternity Celebrate Father’s Day

Today on 21st June 2020, the world celebrated Father’s Day. On this special occasion, a number of NBA players and teams posted on social media. Some including Magic Johnson, Jason Tatum, Malik Beasley, and others had loving messages attached to it.
Well, while others posted with their families, Vanessa Bryant wrote an emotional message for Kobe Bryant on a picture of him and the daughters. “Happy Father’s Day to the BEST daddy in the world. We miss you so much. We love you forever and always. Love Nani, Gigi, BB, Koko, and VB.”
Former Lakers legend, Magic Johnson spent multiple pictures owing to his father and his son who turned a father.

He also posted a picture of his son, Andre Johnson, and his entire family and celebrated his fatherhood. Other players like Jayson Tatum put up a video with his children and wrote a message for all the fathers out there.

Shaquille O’Neal’s ‘Black Dad Challenge’ conveys a beautiful message
NBA Hall of Famer, Shaquille O’Neal showed a different side to Father’s day. He joined a ‘Black Dad Challenge’ on Instagram. He posted a picture of James Wilson and his daughters. His message on this new challenge says, “Starting this Father’s day we’re honoring all of the amazing black dads the media never talks about.”

Oklahoma City Thunder’s official account on Instagram wrote, “Thunder Voices: Black Fatherhood” as their caption. They had a video call weekend with the Black fathers of their organization to talk about their fatherhood.
