The Miami Heat advanced to the NBA Finals after an absence of six years. It was a determined effort from the organization to make this fantastic run possible. But a hurdle named LeBron James stands in their way for an NBA championship.

James, who once played for the Heat during the early 2010s, could stop his former team from winning it all. However, head coach Erik Spoelstra has done a great job in turning the franchise around after the Heatles broke up.

It all wouldn’t have been possible without the leadership of coach Spo and the confidence he incorporated into his team. Prior to Game 1 of the NBA finals, coach Spo shared his views on former Heat superstar LeBron James.

It’s a true testament to his greatness to sustain this level of success … His ability to do what he does at his age is incredibly uncommon. There is a lot of work that goes behind the scenes to be able to maintain that.”

LeBron James took his talents back to Cleveland after winning two rings with Miami. Coach Spo reflected on the decision by LBJ and what it took to make the Heat a championship contender once again.

We’ve built a lot of different teams over the years, and we’ve been conditioned to move on and give your heart and soul to the next team.”

This will be Spo’s fifth shot at an NBA title and a chance to win his third ring. Whatever may be the outcome of this finals series, this Miami Heat team has already secured a spot in the memory of fans for this epic playoff run.

Coach Spo will expect the same performance from his team against LeBron James and the Lakers. Even in his 17th year in the league, James is averaging 26.7 points and 10.3 assists a game in the Playoffs.

Moreover, the Lakers have Anthony Davis as a secondary weapon, someone who is capable of taking over games at any moment. If the Heat figure out a way to stop this dynamic duo, it will boost their chances to win the title.

But what do you think? Will the Heat stop the Lakers? Or will the Lakers win their championship #17?
