Along with being one of the top favorites in NBA history, Wade manages to be the rap star of the sport too. Dwyane Wade was spitting hot fire lyrics on Instagram and since yesterday the video has gone viral. With the kind of engaging person he is, surely his fans must have been glued to his chat. In a segment of this jovial conversation, D’Wade talked about his experience of playing as part of the ‘Big Three’.

The ‘Big Three’ – A Phase

The all-time star of Miami Heat was part of the ‘Big Three’ with greats such as LeBron James and Chris Bosh. 2010 was a free agency period for Wade and with time he got convinced to continue playing for Miami Heat along with Chris Bosh. The next day itself LeBron became part of Heat to complete the ‘Big Three’.

The trio performed and achieved bizarre standards for the team in the phase 2010-14. Also known as ‘The Heatles’, they led Heat to the finals each time in all four years. Miami Heat was on a winning spree with 2012 and 2013 back-to-back championships to their name.

It’s easy for viewers to believe that the trio must be convenient in their game together. Three big stars playing together. There definitely must be some compromise?

Udonis asked Wade about the era when the Big Three played together and D’Wade had this to say, “We got to do what we got to do. We are all role players.” While playing along with the great legends being a legend yourself there are adjustments one needs to make as a player of that stature. Wade very precisely said that they all had to make changes in their style and had to play a ‘role’ in the game in order to achieve something. It was evident that all three worked towards one aim and that was the championship. So, if any adaptations were required in the midst of accomplishing something then that’s what they had to do.
