Now, it has been reported that the Phoenix Suns declared prior to the commissioner’s announcement that the games will go on, virtually. The team will do so via a simulation called NBA 2k.

NBA 2K is a series of basketball sports simulation video games. These are developed and released annually since 1999. The premise of each game in the series is to echo the National Basketball Association.

The Suns will be the first NBA team to continue the 2019-20 season on NBA 2K20.

Fans are set to be without their favourite basketball franchises for at least a month. One can only wait to see whether any other teams will follow suit and drop content for their supporters to enjoy.

All the major American sports leagues are either suspended or are considering a delay. Most of them have their own respective video games. They may follow the Suns in terms of keeping the fans entertained as well.
