NBA’s superstar Kobe Bryant passed away in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, Los Angeles, California. He was traveling with his daughter Gianna Bryant, Gianna’s teammate, the teammate’s parent, and the pilot. All of them have lost their lives in the fatal helicopter crash. Learning upon the cruel accident of Mamba in the western part of the planet, the tennis world lamented.

Presently, the elite tennis professionals are swinging their racquets in Melbourne at the Australian Open 2020. Waking up to this dreadful news in California must have shaken them within.

At the Australian Open 2020, Novak Djokovic shared about his close association with Kobe Bryant. He mentioned that the legendary basketballer Bryant was one of his mentors. “Kobe has been one of my mentors. I’ve had several phone conversations with him and also of course when we see each other live in the past couple of years,” the Serb said.
