‘Truly Remarkable’ – Buccaneers New QB Kyle Trask Excited by Prospect of Learning From Tom Brady

Former Florida Gators QB Kyle Trask is not a household name like his contemporaries Trevor Lawrence, Trey Lance, and Zach Wilson. But with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers drafting the QB with their second-round pick, the player will get the opportunity of a lifetime to develop his game under the tutelage of the legendary Tom Brady.
Brady, 43, recently won his seventh Super Bowl. By claiming this feat, the QB became the first NFL player to win seven rings.
Plenty of individuals doubted the QB ahead of the 2020 season, but Tom Brady showed yet again that to him age is just a number.

With the QB signing a new contract extension, there’s little doubt over who will be the starting QB come Week 1 of the new season. The young QB though doesn’t seem fazed.
Instead, the Florida Gators quarterback is looking to make the most of the opportunity.
Tom Brady, the perfect mentor
After being drafted on Friday night, Trask interacted with the media. And when asked about his thoughts regarding the Bucs and Tom Brady, the rookie only had good things to say.
“They definitely have a great system going on down there in Tampa Bay,” Kyle Trask said.

Talking about the opportunity to learn from Tom Brady, Trask said it’s remarkable that soon he’ll be padded up alongside one of his all-time favorites.
“The opportunity to learn from one of the greats that I watched growing up, that’s been one of my favorites. To have that opportunity is truly remarkable. But nevertheless, I’m gonna come in and work my tail off and do whatever I can to help this team,” the Gators QB added.
Trask could well end up being the heir to Brady’s throne at Tampa, Florida. The quarterback had a phenomenal final season in college where he threw 43 touchdowns to eight interceptions.
The quarterback also racked up 4,283 passing yards in 2020. All this in the span of only 12 games. Entering the NFL, Kyle Trask has bucket load of potential. And who better to guide him through his early years than the GOAT himself.
