Ever since the 2022 offseason began, Colin Kaepernick was keeping his case for a return to the NFL. He became a polarizing figure after he faced troubles from the league. Kap played his last snap 5 years back while being with the San Francisco 49ers. He has now transitioned himself into an activist.

Aaron Rodgers has faith in Colin Kaepernick’s skill sets. The reigning league MVP praised the former quarterback and considered his abilities merited a spot on the roster inside the NFL in 2017. Over the years, Rodgers was not the style of player who was hesitant to voice his thoughts.

According to Mina Kimes of ESPN The Magazine, Rodgers mentions his stance over Kaepernick. He mentions, “I think he should be on a roster right now. I think because of his protests, he’s not.” Rodgers also stated that he had no intention of joining the popular uprising. Nonetheless, he described it as “peaceful and respectful.”
Kaepernick’s actions raised a rollercoaster in the news, and he continues to be in the waves till this year. With the regular season set to begin, Kaepernick, an experienced free-agent quarterback, might be without an agreement. Although, he’s still making his point for a comeback, and now it appears that he’s coming closer to the route of deliverance.

Colin Kaepernick comes out again in the news after he sparks an influx of NFL hypotheses. The Las Vegas Raiders recently called the former Niners QB for a tryout. Kaepernick was also in talks with Pete Carroll and the Seattle Seahawks, but those talks hit a dead end. Although this time, Kap gets a tryout in a very long time, this might eventually lead to something after his forced hiatus from the league.
