According to NFL reporter Dov Kleiman, Packers would not agree to a trade which would see A-Rod staying in the same conference. This means that no NFC team will be getting their hands on the player, making life easier for the AFC teams, who would have an exclusive pathway to acquire the reigning MVP.

With the QB not getting any younger, this would be high time to consider leaving Wisconsin in search of some silverware. For the team, a trade would ensure that they receive some value for the outgoing player. And with his reputation, they can expect to get quite a lot in return. A trade would help them kick-start their rebuild and usher in the next era.
