Antonio Brown Reveals Shocking Information About Buccaneers: ‘Tried to Make an Agreement With Me to Give Me $200,000 to Go to the Crazy House’

Former NFL WR star Antonio Brown is on a revelation tour about his time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. During his appearance on Real Sports With Bryant Gumbel, Brown revealed he was paid to check into a mental health aid facility. The revelation does come weeks following his release by the Tampa Bay franchise after his infamous walk-off during the Buccaneers-Jets game.

While trying to state that he is doing well, he calls such a facility a ‘crazy house’. While speaking on Tuesday, he reveals “These guys at the Tampa Bay Bucs tried to make an agreement with me to give me $200,000 to go to the crazy house so these guys could look like they know what they were talking about.”

It seems like a very suspicious move by the Buccaneers to do so against the player’s claims. Even AB’s attorney repeated his statement while also claiming that the organization did state to not take this matter and spin it in any other way.

His agent, Sean Burstyn, states the franchise would bench AB and put him on a list so that he could receive his treatment. Burstyn takes offense that the franchise is treating Brown’s normal troubles as something relating to mental health. They believe franchise comparing his problems with mental health patients is really hurtful.

When host Gumbel tries to ask Brown about his mental health, AB says he has mental wealth and has a different point of view on life. He also continues to state that the franchise and coach Arians had complete knowledge of his ankle injury. The ankle injury knowledge is something that Brown firmly holds on to while claiming that to be a big reason in his ‘walk-off’.

The franchise does not suspiciously however corroborate such an offer being ever given to Brown. They maintain and stick to their previous statements on AB and seem to have moved on. The best guess of what happened actually is anyone’s guess, and it seems to intrigue every passing week.
