In that interview, Sandoval told McVay about their defensive coordinator’s ‘Boogeyman’ comment on Donald. Agreeing with him, the young Rams coach said, “There’s no doubt about it. “When he’s one-on-one, he’s about as automatic as it gets. So, I don’t think it’s by coincidence that guys that play around Aaron Donald usually play at their best because that’s what the greatest players do. They make others around them better and certainly, Aaron’s done that for a long time,” McVay further said.
McVay also praised Leonard Floyd for getting 2 sacks in the previous games against the 49ers. Although they lost the game against the Niners pretty badly, the head coach still found a lot of positives. Apart from praising Donald, McVay praised his whole defensive unit for putting up a strong performance.

Safe to say, both teams are looking for a win, as they are eying for the playoffs. Rams head coach McVay talked about facing Brady possibly for the final time this season, as the Bucs quarterback could potentially retire if he misses the playoffs this season.
Meanwhile, the youngest coach to win a Super Bowl could also retire from professional coaching if the core group of the Rams leaves the team, which includes Matthew Stafford, Aaron Donald, Cooper Kupp, and Jalen Ramsey. However, right now, he is focusing on the team and qualifying for the playoffs.
